At The Glow Co. Spa, your time and ours are valuable. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the service price.
• No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
