Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At The Glow Co. Spa, your time and ours are valuable. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the service price. • No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to accommodate other clients and respect everyone’s time.
